Norton Rose Fulbright advises the founders of Supergoop! on majority investment by Blackstone

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Holly Thaggard and the other founding stockholders of Supergoop!, the first protective skincare brand that puts SPF at the forefront, in connection with Blackstone's majority investment in the company.

Following the transaction, Thaggard, Supergoop! CEO Amanda Baldwin and the existing senior management team will continue to maintain significant equity ownership in the business alongside Blackstone.
